OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF SEAT VENTILATION FREQUENCY VARIATORS

Our frequency converters allow us to control the speed of our three-phase asynchronous or synchronous electric motors.

The primary function of frequency converters is to allow the variation of the rotation speed of the motor and thus to optimize the operation of the motor by adapting it to the controlled application.

By reducing the motor rotation speed, the air flow of an extractor is reduced, thus saving energy while reducing the noise level.

When a motor starts, the frequency converter protects it by reducing the starting current and the fan life is extended.

USE :

  • Connection to SEAT controllers: C, C2 Speed, CONTROL SEAT, CONTROL E-SEAT, L.COM E-SEAT, CAPTUR E-SEAT
  • 0-10V or 4-20mA control
  • Preset/Priority Speeds
  • Potentiometer Management
  • PTC probe connection
  • 0-10V output to other equipment (motorized shutters, etc.)

SEAT Ventilation distributes a range of frequency inverters designed to adapt its fans to the requirements of your installations.

VARIASEAT variators are specially configured for each SEAT fan.

They provide engine protection in all our applications.

They adapt to your electrical installation:

  • 230V single-phase input / 230V three-phase motor output
  • 400V three-phase input / 400V three-phase motor output
  • Output frequency range: 15Hz to 60Hz
